- 제목: Robust Aerial Target Tracking from a Motion Planning Perspective

- ABSTRACT
The importance of target tracking has been rapidly increasing across various applications, including disaster response, defense reconnaissance, and inspection of indoor and outdoor industrial facilities. In particular, the demand for drones capable of operating in dynamic environments with limited human intervention continues to grow, and drone- based active target tracking has become a critical capability in these fields. To reliably localize moving targets, the camera-mounted drone is required to not only avoid surrounding obstacles but also actively maneuver to keep the target within the camera view. Moreover, these tracking maneuvers need to be computed in real time on lightweight, low-power onboard processors. This seminar introduces an efficient trajectory-planning framework designed for target tracking in complex environments and discusses remaining challenges toward realizing more robust and fully autonomous target-tracking systems.
